Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services provided by Packed Moving Solutions ("the Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

The Company is a labor-only moving company. It provides moving labor, loading and unloading, packing and unpacking, container and trailer loading, long-distance loading, freight loading and unloading, event and staging labor, and labor for heavy and specialty items. The Company does not rent vehicles or containers and does not transport goods between addresses; the customer supplies the truck, trailer or container. The specific services offered may change from time to time without notice.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when scheduling services or communicating with the Company.

You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to your property for our crews to perform the requested services.

Fees are as quoted when the job is booked, or as otherwise agreed in writing before the crew starts work.

If the job on the day is not the job that was quoted, for example rooms are added, the truck cannot park where you said it could, or the elevator is out of service, the Company will stop and tell you what that means for the price before continuing.

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.

Tell the Company as soon as a date changes. Moving a booked date is far easier than changing the crew size on the morning of the move.

If something is damaged, tell the Company the same day, with photographs where you have them.

The Company is not responsible for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of its services.

The Company does not carry hazardous items, including propane tanks, gasoline and open chemicals, and asks that you carry documents, cash and jewelry yourself.

Tell the Company about anything unusual when you book, so the right crew and the right equipment are sent.

Your use of the Company's services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on this website.

The Company may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this website.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
