Do your crews drive the load to another state?⌄
No. Packed supplies moving labor, not transport. We load and unload; you drive the rental, the container company hauls the box, or your carrier's driver takes it. That is the whole model and it is why the quote is hours rather than mileage.
How does a container move across states actually work?⌄
A container or trailer is dropped at your address, our crew loads it on the agreed day, and the rental company carries it to the destination. You book a crew there to unload, or carry it in yourself. Tell us the origin, the destination and the date and we will size the container with you.
Can you find me an unloading crew at the other end?⌄
We cannot staff the far end ourselves, but we will point you at the marketplace your container company uses and tell you what to ask for. Booking the unload early matters more than people expect, because arrival dates move.
Can a van line or carrier hire your crew?⌄
Yes. Carriers, van line agents and relocation coordinators book us for local hands on a Chicago pickup or delivery. We work to your inventory sheet, your driver's call times and your paperwork.
How far ahead should I book an out-of-state load?⌄
Book earlier than a local job, because the container drop and the transit both need slots. Two to four weeks is comfortable, and end-of-month dates go first. Short notice is still worth a call.
How do you keep the load from shifting on a long drive?⌄
Load height, weight distribution and strapping do the work. Crews build a flat wall front to back, put weight low, fill the gaps with soft goods and strap each layer before starting the next, which is why an interstate load takes longer to pack than a local one.
