Stairs are usually workable, and the answer depends on the turn rather than the flight. Send photos of the staircase, the landing and the doorway at the tight point and we will tell you before you book, not on the morning.
How do you price a heavy or specialty item?⌄

Do you do the rigging and hookup as well?⌄
No. Packed moves the machine and sets it in place. Rigging a piece through a roof opening, electrical hookup, plumbing, anchoring and calibration all stay with the trade that does them, and we work around their schedule.
Do you have a pallet jack and machine skates?⌄
Yes, along with stair dollies, four-wheel flats, ratchet straps and blankets. Tell us the weight and the floor surface when you book so the right equipment is on the truck.
Can you help with crating and palletising for a freight pickup?⌄
Yes, crating help and pallet work are common bookings either side of a freight collection. We work to the crate or pallet spec you were given and load it where the carrier wants it.
