My delivery has no liftgate. Can you still unload it?⌄
Yes, and it is the most common freight call we take. The crew breaks the pallet down at the tailgate, hands the cartons off the deck and carries them in, then restacks inside. No dock or liftgate is needed at your end.
Do you bring a pallet jack?⌄
Yes, along with four-wheel flats, machine skates, hand trucks, banding and shrink wrap. Tell us the pallet weight and the floor surface when you book so the right equipment is on the truck. A forklift, if the site needs one, stays with the site.
Can you meet the carrier without me being there?⌄
Someone on your side has to sign for the freight and note any damage, because the bill of lading is yours. Our crew will meet the driver, do the work and take photos, but the receiving signature is not ours to give.
Do you load outbound freight as well?⌄
Yes. Pallets built and banded to the weight, shrink wrapped, and loaded so the trailer floor works out. Send the pickup window and the carrier's requirements and we will work to them.
Can we book regular dock labor?⌄
Yes, standing bookings for a busy dock day or a weekly delivery are straightforward, and you get the same crew each time. Ask for a recurring slot when you call.
