Do you work overnight strikes and late load-outs?⌄
Yes. Strike happens when the guests leave, so late-night and overnight calls are a normal booking rather than an exception. Give us the expected finish and we will hold the crew past it if the room runs long.
Can we book a crew for several days in a row?⌄
Yes, day bookings are common for festival runs, trade shows and venue weeks. Holding the same crew across the run means the dock, the elevator and the storage plan only get explained once.
Do you bring a truck for the event?⌄
No, Packed is labor only. You or your production company supplies the truck and the gear, and we load it, unload it and set the room. That also means you keep control of your own equipment.
Can you set staging and seating to a floor plan?⌄
Yes. Send the plan ahead or have your event lead on site, and the crew sets staging sections, tables, chairs and furniture to it. Changing the layout mid-set is part of event work and we expect it.
What equipment do your event crews bring?⌄
Dollies, four-wheel flats, ratchet straps, moving blankets and hand tools. Anything venue-specific, such as stage hardware or lifts, stays with the venue or your production team.
How much notice do you need for an event?⌄
A week is comfortable for a large load-in and a day or two is often enough for a small one. Weekend evenings book first in the northwest suburbs, so call as soon as the date is set.
